2. Silicon carbide products are sintered at a high temperature of 1500 degrees, which has high temperature resistance, can be used in an environment below 1600 degrees, and has good thermal conductivity, with a thermal conductivity of more than 12.

Fields of application

1. Iron and steel mines

The blast furnace slag pipeline, dust removal pipeline and water slag flushing launder made of silicon carbide products show superiority in wear resistance and anti-corrosion, and the service life can reach 5-8 years, and the wear resistance and economy are better than those of cast stone and industrial ceramics. It is more effective to use it in the concentrate trough, lower box and conveying flow trough of the mine. The silicon carbide wear-resistant pump used in mineral processing is the ideal wear-resistant equipment.

2. Thermal power generation

Iron elbows, coal mixers, and powder exhaust fans lined with silicon carbide products are all wear-resistant equipment of thermal power plants, with a one-time service life of 8-10 years.

3. Nonferrous metals, chemical industry, machinery manufacturing

Due to the high temperature thermal conductivity, anti-corrosion and wear resistance of silicon carbide products, it is more and more widely used in various industries and various furnace materials, temperature guide tubes, temperature measuring tubes, anti-corrosion walls of containers, trays, arch plates, and special-shaped bricks used in pyrometallurgy.
