Fiber special-shaped parts

The fiber special-shaped parts are made of ceramic fiber cotton as raw materials and using vacuum forming process. The aim is to make special-shaped products with high temperature performance and self-supporting strength. Ceramic fiber special-shaped parts, are to meet the needs of some industrial sectors of specific production links of special-shaped products, each product according to its shape and size needs to make molds, according to the performance requirements of the product, the selection of different binders and additives to meet the use requirements. All shaped products have low shrinkage in their service temperature range and remain highly insulated, lightweight and impact-resistant. Vacuum-formed special-shaped products can be in a variety of sizes and shapes, including tube-shaped, conical, dome-shaped and square box-shaped, and most of the special-shaped products can be produced according to customer requirements. The products can be used in the hot surface parts of thermal equipment in various industries, burner bricks, observation holes, electric heating element supports, risers, launders, wall masonry, hanging of furnace roofs, liquid collection tanks and launders in the aluminum products industry.
