Fiber heating module

The fiber heating module is a product that is integrated with the heating wire by mixing inorganic and a small amount of organic binder in different proportions, and is mainly used as the lining of high-temperature equipment. The product has the dual characteristics of heat resistance, heat preservation and heating. The structure adopts the splicing method, which can resist thermal shrinkage, has a long service life, and will not react with the product chemically. The operating temperature can be from 600°C-1200°C. It can be customized according to the specifications and sizes required by customers. The products can be used in atmosphere furnaces, vacuum furnaces, heat treatment furnaces, experimental resistance furnaces, diffusion furnaces and other thermal insulation linings.
